Invitation to Tantra: Workshop, 1-7 pm in La Jolla

Francoise and Mitchell Ginsberg are again offering their day workshop.

FEES: $70 per person; $120 per couple.

TO REGISTER: Call (858) 531-1028 or email tantra.francoise@gmail.com

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Our class will include a brief summary of tantric philosophy as a means to expand our ability to love, and an overview of tantric practices as tools to enjoy this precious gift we've been offeredour physical body and psychospiritual presence.

EXERCISES INCLUDE:
The 5 modalities of touch, which will be practiced on the arm, fully dressed.
A detailed presentation of the sacred feminine and masculine ritual, with time to address your personal questions.
A heart-warming Puja during which you will pair up for a 5-minute excercise with each partner in the group.
Our class is gender-balanced and limited to 24.

OUR INTENTION:
We are deeply respectful of the sacredness that is present in sexuality at its most nourishing and healing levels. Our teachings emphasize the integration and harmonization of our sexuality in all of its aspects (physical, energetic, emotional, healing, and spiritual). Practical instructions and exercises we use help in the development of the open, loving heart of mindfulness. This consciousness is then applied to rituals whose intimacy and intensity are beyond our usual experience of sexuality, giving us a taste of what the tradition has called the highest ambrosia.
